   Definition – A student profile is a collection of information about a student’s academic, personal, and extracurricular activities.

• Purpose – It helps in tracking student progress, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and informing instructional decisions.

• Demographic Information – It usually includes the student’s name, age, class/grade, school, and date of birth.

• Academic Performance – It records strengths in subjects, areas needing improvement, learning style, and learning pace.

• Social Skills – The profile covers interaction with peers, relationship with teachers, teamwork, and cooperation.

• Behaviour and Attitude – It notes classroom behaviour, work habits, responsibility, motivation, and discipline.
